Crafted in Angus, Scotland, at the Arbikie Highland Estate farm distillery, Nàdar (meaning "Nature" in Scottish Gaelic) is the world's first climate-positive gin. Distilled from estate-grown garden peas rather than traditional grains, its production avoids synthetic nitrogen fertilizers and offsets more carbon than it produces, delivering an eco-friendly spirit with a naturally rich, smooth base.
Food Pairing: Fresh oysters, pea and mint risotto, goat cheese crostini, pan-seared scallops, or grilled white fish.
Tasting Notes: Crystal clear in appearance with a silky, velvety, and mouth-coating texture derived from its unique legume base.
Nose: Vibrant lemongrass and piney juniper leading into crisp citrus, delicate floral rose, and a distinct, fresh green herbal lift.
Palate: Smooth and naturally sweet upfront, displaying harmonious layers of earthy juniper, bright citrus zest, lemongrass, and subtle sweet pea freshness.
Finish: Long, crisp, and clean with lingering notes of gentle herbal spice, citrus oils, and a refreshing green leafy character.
Serve: Serve over large ice cubes with premium light tonic water, garnished with a twist of fresh lemon peel and a leaf of fresh mint or a sprig of rosemary.
