Frequently asked
What is "intermediate sherry" maturation?
Three-stage cask approach. Matured first in ex-Bourbon casks, transferred to ex-sherry casks for intermediate finish, then returned to ex-Bourbon casks. Different from typical sherry finish (single ex-sherry cask finish). Delivers layered character combining Bourbon-cask sweetness with sherry-cask depth.
