AMASS Dry Gin is a Los Angeles gin distilled with 29 botanicals that celebrate the natural terroir and diverse cultural landscape of contemporary LA — indigenous California bay and cascara sagrada ground bright citrus top notes, with layers of hibiscus, cardamom, cacao, and makrut lime leaf making it silky, complex, and versatile.
With 29 botanicals there is a lot going on — including a duo of mushrooms — yet it all comes together. Indigenous California bay and cascara sagrada provide a distinctive earthy base beneath bright grapefruit, orange, and lemon, while hibiscus, cardamom, cacao, and makrut lime leaf reflect the multicultural fabric of Los Angeles. A silky, soft-nosed gin built for a wide range of cocktails.
